Job Description
CNT Management Consulting is seeking a Senior/Lead Consultant to support their customers in successfully implementing and optimizing their talent management processes using SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. Requirements
- More than 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on SuccessFactors Recruiting
- Completed certification in SuccessFactors Recruiting or comparable experience
- Knowledge or experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules is of advantage
- Many years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertise
- Deeper knowledge of personal topics, particularly in HR processes
- High affinity for modern (cloud) technologies
- High flexibility and willingness to travel
- High negotiation skills in German and English
