Supervisor - Geraldton Terminal

Join our Geraldton Operations team as a Terminal Supervisor on a permanent full-time basis (4:4 roster) and make a real impact. Lead a team of Plant Operators and work closely with the Terminal Manager to ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient receival, storage, and export of grain.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience working in a team-orientated, operational environment
• Proven commitment to a ‘Safety first’ culture
• Proven ability to plan and communicate effectively
• Competent in the operation of MS Office suite of products
• Demonstrated experience supervising or leading a team (desirable)
