Job Description
Coalition is the world's first Active Insurance provider designed to help prevent digital risk before it strikes. The Documents Platform team is responsible for providing tools and expertise for creation, storage, and analysis of insurance documents. As a Support Engineer, you will develop and support new templates, maintain existing document templates, and work closely with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Production Underwriters.
Requirements
- Strong passion for problem solving and debugging
- Experience in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Go, JavaScript)
- Comfort with HTML and templating technologies (e.g., Jinja)
- Familiarity with structured data formats (e.g., JSON)
- Ability to manage multiple requests and projects simultaneously
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail and quality
- Excited to learn and grow skills
