Job Description
Coast360 Federal Credit Union seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy and operations, drive sustainable growth, and ensure regulatory compliance. The CFO will develop financial strategies, oversee finance, accounting, and risk management, and foster a culture of innovation and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- CPA preferred
- Five (5) years of executive level management experience in credit unions, banking, or financial services
- Strong leadership skills and experience in developing people and building teams
- Excellent communication skills and passion for community impact
