Job Description
Manages the operational aspects of the Credit Union's Information Technology, overseeing day-to-day IT operations and ensuring the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of systems, services, and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Manages IT team in daily operations to directly support end users and implement planned projects
- Develops and maintains IT policies, procedures, and system documentation
- Manages vendor relations and monitors and reviews IT contracts
- Oversees upgrades and installations to ensure systems remain stable, secure, accessible, and able to efficiently process end-user tasks
- Provides training, coaching, and counseling to employees
