Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced Loan Servicing Manager to lead and evolve our loan servicing operations. In this role, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of consumer and business loans — including auto, personal, mortgage, credit card, and SBA/USDA programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years in loan servicing or similar banking experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity at a large credit union or bank;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Familiarity with lending regulations and secondary market requirements;
- Comfortable with data, systems, and continuous improvement;
