Commercial Legal Counsel

We are a global technology company looking for a Commercial Legal Counsel to join our team. As a Commercial Legal Counsel, you will negotiate and draft commercial agreements, provide legal advice, and develop processes to enhance efficiency and risk governance. Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree, with admission to the bar in a common law jurisdiction
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in-house at a technology company or in a commercial law firm
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, able to develop pragmatic commercial approaches to legal and business problems
• Strong understanding of commercial contract law principles with a focus on technology and intellectual property laws, including software licensing
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Experience managing transactional and commercial contracts
• Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders - both internally and externally
