Job Description
Buyers Edge Platform is seeking an exceptional Corporate Counsel to join their dynamic legal team. The role involves providing legal advice, negotiating and drafting contracts, and counseling on strategy for the Company’s Digital Procurement Network, Software as a Service, and Supply Chain Consulting verticals.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Massachusetts, Illinois, or Florida
- 3-4+ years of experience as corporate/transactional attorney
- Commercial contracting experience, preferably in-house or at a top law firm
- Current license to practice law from the State Bar Association
