Requirements

• 1+ years' supervisory experience in a similar role, ideally in the baking, food production, food service or the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build camaraderie amongst the team
• Capability to manage finances, including cash management and banking
• Experience with computer tasks, including email, word, excel, and data analysis
