Job Description
Join Coca-Cola HBC and play a key role in shaping accurate demand planning and business decision-making within our Supply Chain team. As a Demand Planner, you will support the development of reliable demand forecasts through data analysis, statistical planning, and close collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
Requirements
- Analyze historical sales and supply data to support accurate forecasting activities
- Develop and maintain baseline forecasts using statistical forecasting tools and methodologies
- Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to gather market insights and refine forecasts
- Prepare and submit demand plans within planning systems, supporting the consensus planning process
- Support scenario planning activities through data analysis and business insights
- Ensure alignment between Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to optimize service levels
- Support forecast-related reporting activities while ensuring high data accuracy and consistency
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on forecasting accuracy and process efficiency
