The eRetail and FSA Lead will be responsible for leading the eRetail and Food Service Aggregator strategy development and implementation for the Country, in-line with the Group level strategy. This role will also involve developing digital and eCommerce capabilities in Italy, leading customer and channels engagement and management, and driving customer first approach and building win-win plans to guarantee BP target.
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in Key Account Management
- People management experience
- eRetail & FSA implementation planning experience
- Digital-commerce tools & software knowledge
- Full understanding of key financial indicators
- Nego strategy advanced knowledge (annual agreements negotiation)
- OOH channel knowledge to drive FSA growth
- Advanced in English knowledge
