Requirements
- Creating and executing tailored business and customer plans to meet area-specific dynamics.
- Performance evaluations, and development initiatives to build a passionate and high-performing team.
- Setting annual business targets (KPIs) aligned with our strategies, analyzing outcomes, and implementing impactful actions.
- Developing and managing distributor business plans to ensure alignment with Coca-Cola İçecek’s high standards.
- Optimizing Key Account Portfolios to deliver results within the business plan framework.
- Monitoring trends, identifying opportunities, and guiding senior management with actionable insights.
- Continuously improving processes for sustainable growth and sharing best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the FMCG sector.
- Minimum of 2 year in team management, demonstrating the ability to lead effectively, inspire teams, and deliver impactful results
- Proven experience in Field Sales and Distributor management will be highly valued.
