Requirements
- Realizing monthly volume & revenue targets
- Enhancing the quality of execution by increasing RED and SOVI scores
- Developing and increasing sales of current distributors in specified region to achieve company targets
- Supporting distributors and the team to develop the competencies
- Visiting specified customers in his/her region/channel regularly
- Creating strong and sustainable customer relationships
- Identifying the execution opportunities and convince the customers to implement them
- Providing all the necessary sales, execution, and customer management actions to realize business targets to all customers by managing distributors and distributor sales developers
- Effective cooler management (placement, efficiency, and verification scores)
