Job Description
Develop normative and application procedures to strengthen the ACSA service. Provide technical assistance to Member States or interested parties on Operational Safety issues. Lead the assigned team of specialists for Technical Assistance.
Requirements
- University undergraduate degree, preferably in Engineering fields
- Commercial Helicopter Pilot License
- Habilitation in a class aircraft
- More than 3000 hours of flight experience in class aircraft
- 3-5 years in the aeronautics area
- International Standards and Recommended Practices (SARP’s/ICAO Annexes, ICAO documents)
- Civil Aviation Regulations (Laws and legislation)
- Instructional Techniques
