Requirements

• University degree, preferably in sciences
• Helicopter Pilot Civil License
• Trained in accident investigation and analysis of human factors in aeronautical events
• Understanding of Integrated Management Systems, HSE, PIs, emergency response plans, risk plans, risk evaluation and management, incident notification and investigation, behavior-based safety
• Expert in IOGP required safety systems such as HUMS and Flight Data Monitoring
• Expert in the Convention on International Civil Aviation and its application to Peruvian RAPs
• Trained in the Human Factors Analysis Classification System
• Aviation Meteorology
• Advanced English Language
• Aviation Logistics Scenarios Modeling (Weight and Balance)
• Experience with generic SMS management systems
• Experience with Standards, Procedures, and Recommended Practices (e.g., OGP, HAC, HSAC)
• Field experience in HSE
