Job Description
Coco is revolutionizing last-mile delivery with autonomous robots and is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Office Manager to oversee facility operations. The role involves assembling, maintaining, and deploying delivery robots, diagnosing hardware and IoT issues, and designing scalable solutions. This is a fast-paced, technical position focused on problem-solving and root cause analysis.
Requirements
- Serve as the technical lead during robot deployments.
- Design and implement scalable SOPs, tools, and diagnostics.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Field Operations.
- Provide structured feedback to Product & Engineering teams.
- Build lightweight dashboards and diagnostic logs.
