Requirements
- Proven experience in account management with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and foster collaborative discussions
- Ability to proactively identify client needs and translate them into actionable, strategic solutions
- Extensive experience in agency account management, digital product, brand strategy, or a related field
- Comfortable with analytics, technology, content management platforms, and AI initiatives
- Demonstrated skill in leading teams and influencing others to achieve project success
- Financial acumen, including experience managing growth pipelines, budgets, scopes, and account growth
- Experience supporting contract negotiations
