Lead Product Manager

Code for America is looking for a talented Lead Product Manager to drive meaningful outcomes for clients by supporting and advancing their Safety Net, Tax Benefits, and/or Criminal Justice products, and collaborate with government partners to enhance their ability and capacity to deliver critical services and benefits.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Medicaid/healthcare/insurance experience or experience with SNAP.
• Proven ability to lead high quality product development using an agile methodology.
• Strong product judgment - knowing when to prototype and when to code.
• Strong communication skills and experience and comfort with managing project stakeholders internally and externally.
