Senior Platform DevOps Engineer (CI/CD + Developer Experience)

Code Metal is redefining code translation for mission-critical industries, helping partners move more quickly and reliably from algorithm to silicon. The company is seeking an experienced Senior Platform DevOps Engineer (CI/CD + Developer Experience) to join its team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, release engineering, platform engineering, or CI/CD-focused roles
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Buildkite, or similar tools
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash, Python, or similar languages
• Strong understanding of developer workflow pain points and experience improving internal engineering productivity
