Senior Platform DevOps Engineer (CI/CD + Developer Experience)

Code Metal is redefining code translation for mission-critical industries, helping partners move more quickly and reliably from algorithm to silicon. We are seeking an experienced Senior Platform DevOps Engineer (CI/CD + Developer Experience) to join our team.

Requirements

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release automation across software projects.
• Improve build, test, and deployment workflows to reduce friction and increase delivery speed.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve local development, preview environments, and release consistency.
• Develop and maintain internal tooling, templates, and self-service workflows that improve developer experience.
• Implement deployment safeguards, artifact management, rollback processes, and environment handoff standards.
• Help standardize engineering workflows across repositories, build systems, and release pipelines.
• Collaborate with security and platform teams to embed automated checks into the software delivery lifecycle.
• Monitor and improve pipeline reliability, performance, and developer-facing platform usability.
• Experience with CI/CD systems, containers, artifact management, release processes, and deployment automation.
