We are seeking a Renewals Manager to drive customer renewals, mitigate churn risk, and identify expansion opportunities in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Renewals, Customer Success, Account Management, or Revenue Operations within a SaaS or developer tools company.
- Experience managing contract renewals and subscription revenue.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal targets.
- Demonstrated excellence in launching and building scalable processes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — able to write and speak fluently to GTM, engineering, procurement, legal, and executive teams.
- Data-driven and comfortable working with forecasting and revenue metrics — capable of turning platform analytics into strategic recommendations.
- Thrives in ambiguity and capable of self-direction in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with developer tools or technical products is a strong plus.
