Job Description
As a Customer Success Operations Analyst, you will identify inefficiencies, build and maintain reporting, support the renewal and risk rhythm, and drive AI transformation across the CS org.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in CS Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, GTM Analyst, or CSM role at a B2B SaaS company
- Strong analytical instincts
- Hands-on Salesforce experience
- Advanced spreadsheet skills
- Self-starter who closes loops without being chased
- Intellectually curious
