Office Manager

Codman Square Health Center is seeking an Office Manager to oversee meeting scheduling, supply management, and procurement for medical, IT, and facility supplies, ensuring compliance with organizational policies. The Office Manager will also provide administrative support to the finance department and act as a liaison between management and staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3 plus years of administrative and operations experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills and self-starter on projects
• Attention to detail for accuracy in documentation and purchase orders
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service oriented
• Fast learner who enjoys solving problems
