Account Manager, Healthcare Marketing

We are seeking an Account Manager with healthcare and/or pharmaceutical creative/ad agency experience for a full-time position at Coefficient Health, a full-service healthcare marketing agency in New York City. The role involves developing great relationships and building trust with clients, managing client billing and invoicing, and owning the execution of integrated healthcare marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field (pharmaceutical, pharma advertising, medical communications, public relations, consulting or life sciences)
• Experience with developing cross channel assets with specific emphasis on digital (web, email, rep triggered email, detail aids, etc), familiarity with Veeva a plus
• Client relationship management experience
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Superior organization skills and exacting attention to detail
• High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Familiarity with project management tools like AirTable, SmartSheet, routing tools
