Maintenance Planner

Role Overview

The Maintenance Planner plays a vital role in ensuring safe and efficient maintenance operations at Coeur Silvertip. This position coordinates maintenance tasks to be timely and fully compliant with safety and environmental regulations, effectively reducing downtime and optimizing equipment performance.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include following up on work requests, creating work order activities, forecasting and scheduling routine maintenance, coordinating maintenance activities, and preparing outage and equipment rebuild plans.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in maintenance discipline, strong knowledge of mobile maintenance, and experience in predictive maintenance utilizing oil and vibration analysis and ND testing.

Requirements

• Maintenance technician/Technologist, Certified tradesman or a combination of education and work experience
• Computer literate with specific knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft Office
• 10+ years’ experience in maintenance discipline with strong knowledge of mobile maintenance
• 5 years of equipment maintenance planning related experience, mining background an asset
• Cost and budgeting skills
• Experience in predictive maintenance utilizing oil and vibration analysis and ND testing
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork and ability to develop and foster strong working relationships
• Strong sense of integrity, ethics and desire to positively impact the environment
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
