Fixed Maintenance Planner

Role Overview

The Fixed Maintenance Planner is responsible for coordinating and scheduling all fixed plant maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. This role requires strong planning, record-keeping, and communication skills, along with hands-on experience in fixed plant maintenance within the mining industry.

What You Will Do

Planning & coordinating the daily/weekly and long-range work schedules for all fixed maintenance activities, including equipment maintenance, outside services work, and record-keeping.

Requirements

• Ability to work safely and promote safe behavior in others
• Knowledgeable with Oracle EAM Maintenance Management System or similar system
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Thorough understanding of standard maintenance and operational procedures
• Effective oral and written communication
• Skill in managing multiple priorities and tasks concurrently
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment
• High school/GED or degree related to field preferred
• 5 years of fixed plant maintenance experience or currently in a planning role
• Surface or Underground mining industry experience
