At Coface, we make trade happen everyday. We are looking for a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist in filling open global positions and coordinate group/regional recruitment roles.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns for international profiles
- English and German language proficiency
- Experience recruiting B2B sales roles and senior profiles across multiple countries
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
- Familiarity with hiring practices in multiple countries
