Job Description
We are building the world's first AI Growth Engineer and are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring customers realize measurable ROI from Coframe, driving adoption and value, and expanding revenue.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in B2B SaaS
- Metrics-Obsessed: ability to quantify customer value and build ROI narratives
- Trusted Advisor: ability to build deep relationships with customers and navigate conversations with VPs of Growth, CMOs, and CPOs
- Technical Fluency: ability to speak credibly about A/B testing, conversion optimization, and AI-driven experimentation
