Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Startup experience with recruiting in fast-moving, high-bar environments
• Strong sourcer with ability to build pipelines from scratch
• Great instincts on people and ability to assess fit quickly
• Organized and data-informed with ability to track pipeline health and funnel metrics
