Job Description
Cogent Bank is seeking a Residential Mortgage Loan Originator to solicit and originate Residential mortgage loans while ensuring high-quality customer service and loan quality. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of loan origination, business development, and relationship management.
Requirements
- Attract new mortgage loan applications by developing relationships within the Bank and community
- Regularly make sales visits to banking centers, prospective customers and referral partners
- Maintain current knowledge of all applicable lending regulations
- Ensure BSA compliance by reading and being familiar with the BSA/AML program/policy
