Cogent Bank is seeking a Residential Mortgage Loan Originator to attract new loan applications and maintain high-quality customer service. The role involves extensive business development, relationship management, and loan approval processes. Requirements
- Attract new mortgage loan applications through relationship building.
- Regularly make sales visits to banking centers and referral partners.
- Obtain and evaluate customer financial status.
- Maintain awareness of lending regulations and industry trends.
- Conduct business with professionalism and ethical standards.
- Ensure BSA compliance.
- Proficiency in NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license (or ability to obtain)
