Job Description
The Sales Representative will generate new business opportunities, develop customer relationships, and convert qualified opportunities into profitable projects. They will work closely with Internal Sales, Project Management, and Operations to ensure the company grows intentionally and profitably.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- 3 - 7 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or account management
- Experience selling industrial, material handling, or project-based solutions preferred
- Comfort using CRM systems and structured sales tools
