As a CapEx Project Analyst (Coordinator), you will play a crucial role in supporting the Capital Regional Project Manager in various stages of project execution, including planning, scheduling, and cost management. This position is instrumental in coordinating with multiple departments to ensure seamless execution of planning, permitting, design, procurement, construction, and final closeout activities.
Requirements
- Act as the liaison between corporate finance teams, external vendors, lessors, third-party powers, and owner relations teams for capital projects
- Manage and coordinate capital projects as the primary contact, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct ongoing financial analysis, including variance analysis and forecasting, to identify trends and support strategic decisions
- Compile and distribute weekly capital expenditure reports, detailing cost allocations and forecasting quarterly and annual financial projections
- Monitor and report on project financials, including invoice updates, budget overruns, and significant expenditures
