The Construction Project Management Analyst supports oversight of capital projects across NPRC’s multifamily portfolio, providing portfolio-level visibility through project tracking, reporting, data analysis, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Construction Management, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field preferred
- 0-3 years of full-time experience in project coordination, project analysis, construction reporting, capital planning, financial analysis, or a related role preferred
- Experience supporting multifamily, real estate, construction, or capital improvement projects is preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to monitor and interpret project budgets, schedules, and performance data
- Understand and perform a variety of construction and accounting project management tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with Yardi and project tracking platforms such as Smartsheet, Procore, PMWeb, or similar systems is preferred
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams
- PMP certification is preferred but not required
