Job Description
The Project Analyst - Capital Projects & Planning supports the in-house project management team responsible for planning, executing, and delivering hotel renovation projects across the company’s portfolio & reviewing new acquisition deals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in construction, design, real estate development, project management, or a related analytical role
- Experience with hospitality, renovation, or owner-side project management is a plus
