Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current caregiver training/certification (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA) or willingness to obtain
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
- At least 12 months of experience in professional caregiving setting
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
- Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to treating residents with dignity and respect
- Attention to detail, physical stamina, and high integrity
