Care Partner

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner to provide compassionate and personalized direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living and promoting independence, safety, and well-being.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Caregiver training (plus)
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
• At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting
• Experience with memory care (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
• Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to treating residents with dignity and respect
