Care Partner

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner to provide compassionate and personalized direct care to residents in a senior living community. The Care Partner will assist with activities of daily living, promote independence, and maintain the residents' comfort, safety, and well-being.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current caregiver training/certification (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA) or willingness to obtain
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
• At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
• Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to treating residents with dignity and respect
• Attention to detail, physical stamina, and high integrity
• Willingness to participate in weekend rotation
