Job Description
Cogir Senior Living is seeking passionate and dedicated Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents in memory care communities. Care Partners will assist residents with daily living tasks, ensuring their comfort, safety, and independence. This role involves teamwork, communication, and a strong commitment to resident dignity.
Requirements
- CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA certification or willingness to obtain.
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
- At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting.
- Experience with memory care preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to dignity.
- Attention to detail, physical stamina and high integrity.
