Job Description
The Community Business Development Director will be responsible for cultivating relationships and partnerships with key professionals, generating leads, and enhancing brand awareness. Reporting to the Regional Director of Business Optimization, this role will involve creating a monthly and quarterly calendar of external and internal events, tracking them in the community CRM, and driving external business results.
Requirements
- Develop and implement a robust monthly external development and events plan
- Design and facilitate the yearly strategic business development plan
- Develop and manage referral partnerships
- Maintain and/or improve community occupancy level and revenue production
- Conduct scheduled tours with key professionals and industry leaders
- Participate in local and regional networking events
