The Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, coordinating resident services, and maintaining efficient front desk operations in a senior living community.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6-12 months of previous customer service or front desk experience
• Working knowledge of computer systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)
