Driver

The Driver will ensure the safe transportation of residents to and from various destinations, assisting them with safe onboarding and offboarding as necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A valid state driver's license (a CDL license may be required per state or local regulations)
• Passenger endorsement (if required by state regulations)
• At least three (3) years of driving record and a clean driving history
• At least one (1) year of previous experience driving a passenger vehicle, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting
• Experience in operating large vehicles or an equivalent combination of experience and training
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional, friendly, and patient demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, patience and commitment to treating our residents with the utmost respect
