Cogir Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to oversee all community operations and ensure the quality of care and services provided. The role involves maintaining financial stability, managing budgets and cash flow, overseeing staffing practices, and handling daily operations in line with government agency guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services
• Licensed Administrator (if state regulations require) in good standing
• At least 5 years of experience in a progressive leadership role in a senior living operation
• Hospitality experience is a plus
