Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee the day-to-day physical plant operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and provide general upkeep of the community. The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, supervisory experience, and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Associate degree or higher (preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience managing apartments, senior living communities, hotels, or large complex maintenance
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience
- Experience with HVAC, electrical, drywall repair, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general maintenance
- Valid state driver's license
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to be on call 24/7 for any maintenance-related emergencies
