Job Description
Telephone attention to requests and management of cancellation of regional credit cards and Savings Accounts of Honduras requested by the Clients of Banco Ficohsa, with the purpose of persuading and avoiding that the client cancels his products according to the Service Policies set by the Management of the Area.
