Requirements
- Design and launch a sales enablement function
- Develop a multi-year roadmap aligned with Cohere's revenue and product evolution
- Create and curate high-impact resources
- Partner with product, marketing, and sales leadership
- Establish KPIs and use analytics to refine enablement initiatives
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing enablement team
- Oversee enablement tools and budget allocation
