Intern - Thermal Testing

Job Description: The Intern - Thermal Testing will develop familiarity with Coherent's thermal materials and techniques, conduct thermal testing, and analyze results to present findings to the engineering team and management.

Requirements

• Physics, mechanical engineering, materials science majors will be most suited for this role
• Experience working in a laboratory environment and following safety requirements
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data processing
• Prior experience related to thermal management, heat transfer, and/or fluid dynamics a plus
