Job Description
Manage all Quality functions for assigned manufacturing sites at VSIP1 and VSIP3, overseeing quality management systems and ensuring products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in engineering or sciences
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of managerial or leadership experience
- Strong technical expertise in manufacturing/engineering quality assurance and reliability engineering
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
