Manager, Quality

JR286 is seeking an experienced Manager, Quality (Product & Process) to lead and drive quality initiatives across their sporting goods products. This role is responsible for ensuring that products and manufacturing processes consistently meet the highest standards of performance, durability, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably within sporting goods, consumer products, or apparel/footwear industries.
• Demonstrated expertise in both product quality (fit, function, performance) and process quality (manufacturing systems, supply chain, and operational processes).
