Job Description
To lead the Operation team for overall production delivery of Roadm products, supervise production line, execute production build plans, and continuously monitor and improve product line processes and quality.
Requirements
- Leadership capabilities to manage an engineering, production & support teams
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving
- Experience working with Oracle/ ERP/ SAP/ MRP tools
- Experience working on lean manufacturing and quality improvement projects
